I acted as the UX writer, responsible for writing the headline, supporting copy, and call-to-action for a promotional screen within the app.
process
I focused on understanding what mattered most to this user: relevance, speed, and personalisation. I sketched multiple headline and body copy options, tested them against mobile character limits, and refined the language to be scannable at a glance.
